Title: Factory colors

There are listings for exterior colors and code numbers.  Is there anything on what interior color choices were available with exterior colors?

Years ago, Peter Lesler published a listing of suggested combinations from some old factory literature, but I think the concensus was that there weren't too many restrictions about color combos.
