As the Membership Administrator in September last year i posted a welcomes package to Konstantin in Kazakhstan.
Today it came back to me “Return to Sender”. After more than a year, thats dedication to ensure it was returned.
If Konstantin wishes to PM me a correct address i will re-send you the welcomes package. Meanwhile JonnyB may expect several return PW’s!!

This is fast becoming a big thorn in our sides.
Honestly, a lot of government agencies that handle mail are still not back at work like they should be. This excuse of Covid is tired. It seems like they use any little excuse whatsoever to not deliver mail as opposed to an effort to deliver mail.
Kazakhstan is a Third World country and goodness knows how anything works there…if at all.
We are trying to sort out right now, the continuing issues of trying to get PW Magazine reliably to Europe. Since #30 back earlier this year, we’ve experienced extremely delayed shipping and missing issues. This is not acceptable to us. Please believe me when I tell you we are working on this right now.
Though you mentioned it, Gary, it bears repeating. There’s not much we can do without an address that is absolutely dead-nuts correct…you would be surprised how many people do not know their own completely accurate address. What you think is your address may be completely wrong. The only thing that matters is what your postal service thinks. Most postal services in developed nations have a means of checking your delivery address and standardizing it…

Agree Michael.
What it shows for all our Full Members, is that you need to make sure that you have an address that is correct, otherwise you will not get the welcome package with window stickers nor the biannual Pagoda World going forward.

....and, this is completely Self Service.
Go to Profile, select Membership and voila, your address details to check and correct. Do it now, it's easy!
And do note, that if you need to correct your state, you need to first reselect your country in order to load the correct list of states. If you are from the US, you are otherwise very likely to end up in Alaska. So check what you entered after you pressed "Save".
