Title: Speedo and tacho cable routes

Hello all,

Does anyone know what route the speedo and tacho cables take within the dash on a RHD 230sl manual?

The firewall exits are passenger side (left side).

They could go forward (toward the driver) of the demist ducts or could go behind them in-between the demist ducts and fan blower it seems.

On my 64 right hand drive both cables sit on the ledge below the radio. I don't think that the speedo cable could go behind the demister duct because the demister duct is directly behind the speedo so you couldn't get the cable behind.  I hope that this helps
