Title: 6.5Jx14 Alloys (Fuchs) Will it fit ?

Have come across a set of Fuchs Alloys 6 1/2 X 14 ( 108 400 102 )
Has anyone used this size with either 185/70/14 ,195/70/14 or 205/70/14?
Before I commit , looking to get any feedback on size or rubbing issues .
