Translated for JP so he may get responses:
Hello,
My right green arrow direction indicator no longer flashes everything else works well on the headlights and rear lights. Can we repair a lamp behind the right green arrow or do we need to change the entire central rectangular dial of the dashboard? Thank you for your help

Ca depend .... it depends on whether the light itself is bad, or whether it's something else, like a bad ground or wire. Test the light first by applying 12 volts directly to it, and if it lights up, check whether the wire carries 12 volts when it is supposed to and, if it does, check the ground.
In any case, I don't believe the entire 'chassis' where the light is fitted would have to be replaced.

Thank you for your answer my question is how to access this lamp do you have to open the rectangular box to access it? The lamps that are behind are used to illuminate the dial?
