It appears I'm missing a bracket (or possibly a clamp) that secures the warmup air pipe to the intake manifold. This is the pipe that runs between the cold start valve and the base of the WRD. Would someone with a 230sl mind taking a photo of this bracket/clamp so I know what it looks like and can order one?
I've been studying pictures on the SLS site but I can't say for sure which bracket it is and I don't want to order the wrong one.
The warmup air pipe has been vibrating against the exhaust manifold and I just happened to notice that there's a threaded hole on the side of the intake manifold to (hopefully) secure the pipe. The pipe and the threaded hole are shown in the photos below. thanks in advance for your help, Charles

The picture of these brackets are in reply No. 22 of this thread: https://www.sl113.org/forums/index.php?topic=34655.0
I would use a rubber interlay between the bracket and the pipe, for instance the bushing from the enclosed list.

thank you Pawel,
So based on the SLS catalog image (below), looks like I'm missing items #22 and #37.
Item #22 (Bracket, Start-Inj. Line), MB part no. 130-070-07-40; Item #37 (Bracket Clamp, Warmup Air Pipe), MB part number 127-995-04-01. Thank you again for your help, Charles

I think that the bracket no. 22 is not the bracket that goes there (as it was stated in the thread I quoted). I am not sure if 22 will fit - you can try. The bracket you need is on the SLS picture, but in that pale line, not highlighted as it is not available there.
I think the bracket you need (from the parts list) is PN A 129 070 04 40 or A 130 070 06 40, but NLA at Mercedes. I think I see it in Niemoellers as 621 070 04 40 as well (NLA as well). It is one for M127 and the part number changed into those 2 I quoted before.
So this bracket is "unobtanium" in the usual vendors I use. I would probably fabricate it asap just to have something there and keep looking for the original one (I am sure some Members here may have it).
As for number 37, it is A 127 995 04 01, you have it in my pdf. It is available at Mercedes, i would check the price there and compare with SLS price with shipping.

This is what it looks like on mine. Used for the trans dipstick.

Yes, and you are missing the other one for the air line, composed of a bracket and clamp. Two brackets go under one screw there. They look a bit different on another type of inlet manifold (the picture of the red car in the same thread I quoted already).

Thank you. Will add the bracket.
