Title: Engine No. Plate
Post by: Charles 230SL on March 09, 2022, 17:14:15: hello all, Memmo is making a new Motor Nr./Engine No. plate for my 230SL/M127 and I can't find any posts regarding the "rivets" that attach the plate. Does anyone know, or have recommendations on where to get these rivets? thanks in advance, charles

Unfortunately, appears "001476-003007" is no longer available. Any suggestions on how to best mount the plate so it looks reasonably correct?

I do not remember the diameter - 3mm? 4mm?

Internet or local hardware store. The issue is you probably will be offered 1000pcs for a couple of dollars and you will be looking for a fellow Member to take some from you.

hello mbPaul, that's odd. Your Engine Number plate is secured to the side of the block with screws? I assume it's the original M127.981 engine? thanks, Charles
