Tom Hanson from the Classic Center in Irvine, CA who is well known and been a big help to many of us just announced that he is officially retiring March 31st.
So after March 31st, no more posts to call Tom Hanson at the Classic Center.

Is there a mini-Tom lined up to succeed him?
-
Colby Caulkin is who Tom is saying.

Having bought from and worked with some of the other guys at the Classic Center, I can confirm that there are more people that will advise and sell you their top $ parts. ;D

I purchased a bunch of parts from Tom when I visited the Classic Centre on my way to PagodaFest. I think I speak for many here when I wisch him a

I started dealing with Jon Siggson and have been happy with him. Tom will be hard to replace.

Tom is a great asset to the Classic Center and will surely be missed. Always a great help and a fountain of information. I hope he has a great retirement planned.

Just ordered some items from Colby, very nice and informative.
Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Yes, Tom will be missed.
You guys are a bunch of "young timers"! ;)
I was dealing with Tom Hanson when he was at Caliber Motors, before there was a Classic Center in the USA. Then Caliber became "Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim Hills". Then the Classic Center came about and Tom was lured over there...
When I was traveling to California regularly many years ago, I'd have a lunch with him...his knowledge is amazing.

Happy Retirement Tom!
I have also known Tom, when he was at Caliber too.
Has always helped me with anything Mercedes related.
Also tried to help me with my 1967 200D Universal IMA wagon.
Wish you all the best in a long and peaceful retirement!
Hope you keep in touch with the various Mercedes clubs.
Viele Gruesse!
