Gentlemen:
I have a broken LH Hardtop Attachment Lever and am looking for a replacement. I notice that the part numbers are the same, 245-030, but have a suffix LK for left, RK for right. Can some kind soul out there in W113 land tell me the significance of the suffix identifiers?
Best Regards,

First, that does not look like an MB part number, that must be a supplier's part number.
Second, the significance of the suffix? You already stated that LK = left and RK = right. I guess I'm not sure what you are asking.

You're right about the P/Ns. I guess they are not MB numbers but in fact from a supplier. I did not know that they were not MB numbers. I thought there might be a problem with my question, but let me re-phrase the question: are the LH and RH levers interchangeable? My logic was that since the P/Ns were the same, they might be interchangeable, but the suffix indicated maybe not. Thanks for your response. Your comments pls.

I understand they're not interchangeable.
