Title: Heater valve linkage
Post by: EeVeeWee on December 29, 2021, 15:34:36
I'm very glad with this Pagoda SL Group, because there is so much information to be found!
Does anybody know the length of the heater valve linkage rod in this picture?
I know the air valve was broken when I bought the car, but I can't remember even if this linkage was present.
I found two linkage rods, but one seems longer and one shorter than the one at the picture.

The rod length should be adjusted once all the components are mounted in the car. The length is set so that the water valve is off when the flap is completely closed.

Yes of course, that I understand.
But how long is the M5 threaded rod with left and right threads?

Thank you, that is an alternative I also made.
The center to center length can be fixed just once, but after that it should never been adjusted again.  ;D
