Title: Alloy Chassis number plate

I am restorating 230 SL-66. I believe that alloy chassis number plate is not original. I have ordered "ID- card" from Classic Center and all numbers match ( Body,engine,hard top,colours etc). Car is U.S version.

Number plate seems to be longer than original. It's like 190 Sl number plate.

Any ideas? is it possible to find a new one.
