Title: Hood gap correction
Post by: PagodaFan on November 11, 2021, 11:20:41
Hi friends,
What do you suggest to use in order to get a perfect panel gap fit, any suggestions in order to obtain a 4 mm gap all around?
Thx much.

Coincidentally I came across this last night, video from Eastwood on how to do panel gap on a trunk lid - same idea. Using filler rather than lead. Watch as from the 4:58 minute mark:

I would check 5 times if it cannot be adjusted before I start using a file...

You're welcome, I also really like that video, a bunch of guys monkeying around but getting serious work done.
