Thanks Pawel !
I saw already new parts but more expensive on other sites.
I was looking for old good original Mercedes part as I’m always reluctant to buy refabrication…

If the bearing is still good, you might try polishing it.  The aluminum should polish up very nicely.

It’s been eaten at the shop. Some small part of metal is missing… I guess it’s not aluminum but maybe zamac

Just for future reference - when you go put on this / a replacement bracket, those small nuts go on the opposite direction. The little 'cones' help center the bearing onto its mounting place 'just right'. Apparently it does make a difference.

You may save the original. Try dry blasting it first to remove the damage and oxidation than low pressure glass beads/vapour honing may do the finishing trick. I was able to save quite a few pieces that way.

I have some doubts due to the deterioration of the upper part of it

On the part catalogue its seems assembled as my bracket is :o

The conical end of the nut is there to center the nut vs. Bracket. The conical ends go towards the bracket.

I probably have one of those things. I would recommend new bushings at both ends.
