Title: Temperature gauge repair

For 1968 280SE coupe: Is there anyone in the US that repairs temperature gauges for W111 cars. My gauge leaks at the fitting where it screws into the small water block. It is a Fahrenheit gauge so I would like to keep it if possible instead of replacing it with one that Has the Celsius read out.
