While in France, I troll the classifieds for pagoda parts and such. Came across this.

A pagoda parts car in France. Not many photos as is typical of LeBoncoin.
Cannot imagine what happened to this pagoda?
Looks like a wrecking yard parting out the car. Was this used in a movie shoot? Almost does not seem possible to cause this damage in one accident. Bizarre.

250 SL - late.... :-[
The car turned over, rolled over, at least once.
Very similar as in the movie "Intersection" with Richard Gere ....
A very sad loss, one Pagoda less. Appeared to be a good one.
Most presumably non-restorable - especially due to the bent A-pillars and that such. Not to talk about the loss of any of the aluminnum parts ... (although the East-European little rstoration shops - not shy of a lot of handicrafts work - could do the one or other miracle...)
My little left-over French from the School days is very rusty... but it appears as if the seller does not want to sell the whole car, only parts. Not far away form our EE2018 location.... ???
A very sad loss, indeed.... :'( :'(

I’m sure that will polish out…
Colour change too
I didn’t think Rick did that much damage to his car in France ;) ;)

Absolutely! They do much worse things - two weeks and it looks better then new. And it has documented accident-free history with it. First owner, elder gentleman, driving it only to the church and back every Sunday except winter.
This one- may have lots of structural damage, as it seems. Even if you restore it - would she be safe and straight again?
