Title: Rocker panel cover Screws

Are the screws that attach the rocker panel cover supposed to be chrome? I am talking about the upper ones that are behind the front wheel well and in front of the rear wheel well. There are 3 on each for a total of 12 that are visible right below the aluminum molding.

no.  Just zinc.  I have seen some who claim they were brush painted black after installation.
