This is a door from a 230SL that was on my car for more than 40 years. My uncle picked it up at a pick and pull in the 1970s. This was refinished and restored 20 years ago.
With the help of another member here, a few years ago I located a 280SL door and my service facility swapped them this year. The door for sale has very little in the way of "guts"; no glass, no handles, etc. When I went looking for doors starting in 2015 I found that the LH doors were scarce; I found plenty of RH doors, this was the only LH door I found after several years of searching.
If you need specific door innards, I don't know that this will help you. If you have most of the inside pieces and need a new door shell this will work. Note that there IS a difference between 230/280 SL doors hence my change.

Dear friend I am interested in some inner parts. For example the horizontal trim that holds the glass on the window cranking mechanism.

I do not believe I have any extra "inner parts"; they were all used from the old door to new...
