Hello--
I have completed and issued 273 invoices for orders around the globe.
If you have NOT received your PayPal invoice, please let me know. I will resend the invoice.
If you want to order but have not yet, you need to follow the instructions as posted in the prior thread on the topic.
If you followed the instructions, sent your request, and did not receive an invoice, contact me immediately.
Approximately 20 people inquired with incomplete information. I replied to each one with a request for complete information. A number corrected their request, but a few have not responded with the correct information.
We will keep the ordering open until the end of April.
"Speak now or forever hold your peace"; as a reminder these will NOT be inventoried; they are being printed to order. Order now if you want one. If not, you may not be able to get one.

Michael,
I sent an email order on April 8. As of now, no invoice. As far as I can tell I followed the instructions correctly. Could be in your spam folder. Some USA providers do not like my Italian email address.
I had decided I would order a second volume but I held off ordering until the first order cleared the system to avoid any confusion. Please let me know how we proceed from here.

@Enrique Garcia, the invoice was sent to you on April 11. I've sent a PM to you with a direct link to the invoice, and also resent the invoice. Don't worry you cannot pay it twice by mistake, nor are there two invoices.
Invoice #300 was sent out this morning. I'd say the "take rate" is extremely high and the project is a success to date. Most invoices are paid immediately or very quickly; we have a few unpaid. PayPal is scheduled to send two reminders at three and six days after initial delivery.
Everyone who has requested an invoice has received one; if you think you did make the request but did not get an invoice, send me a note. A few notes didn't get in, and there were a few other issues but all have been corrected--when I know about them.
AS A REMINDER: you do NOT need a PayPal account in which to pay. Follow payment instructions and you will be guided to a button that says "Pay by Credit Card" or similar.
PayPal also sends the invoices and communications out in the language native to your country. Many have gone out in French, Dutch, German, Italian, etc. It's not sophisticated enough for all the world's languages or to figure out if you speak Flemish or French in Belgium but you get the idea...

OK, there are still about 15 unpaid invoices some going back to the first few sent out.
Will be sending reminders this week. If no replies the orders will be cancelled.

A big thank you to Michael Salemi on doing such a fine job. Not an easy task! I ordered the bound volume and everything has gone like clockwork so far.

Good morning everyone,
Book orders stand at 319; once the initial flurry was cleared up (when dozens were coming in nearly simultaneously) all invoices went out in a timely and orderly fashion. Most people paid promptly, but I did have to send out 23 personal reminders this morning for invoices dating back to day one.
We are approaching the end of the order period. Orders are still trickling in. Yesterday, four came in, and an equal amount the day before. Our intention is to keep this open until the end of the month. Based on the number of orders that have come in, from Full Members, Associate Members, and even Associates who quickly upped to Full, and even a few non-members, we're confident that we've done our job to let everyone know. Nonetheless we will send out one final email reminder in time to give those on the fence or who have not received emails that Friday April 30 will be the final day to order.
UNPAID INVOICES AT THE CLOSE OF THE ORDER PERIOD WILL BE CANCELLED. It's OK to change your mind, but absent any communication on the order despite reminders, we'll assume you've abandoned your order and will cancel it for you.
We will proceed with production immediately upon closing of the orders. As a reminder, the graphics work is already completed on this, and the printer is ready to go, so production will be quick.
