Title: Early Big Blue Book, BBB. Free Shipping
Post by: Vander on April 05, 2021, 20:01:57: Here is a early Big Blue Book for sale. It has some wear, but is complete and is still very usable. It has been 3 hole-punched and bound in a binder for protection.

$100, and that includes shipping in the Lower 48 states in the U.S.

Post by: Vander on April 11, 2021, 16:38:26: It is still available and does cover 280SL. You will want the early AND late BBB to have the most complete information. Mercedes did not reprint information in the later books, that was in the early ones. It sort of picks up where it left off.

The first BBB is 1959 - 1967. The second is 1968 - about 1972. You need both.

If you look on eBay and search for "Mercedes Service Manual Maintenance Tuning Replacement Passenger Cars 1959" you will find some of these. If you use 1968 instead of 1959 you will find the later BBB.
