Took the car to Melbourne for a service today.  Perfect day for a top down drive. Temp 30c clear and sunny.


Then popped it back into its new show room😎😎😎

Nice! I wish weather here in the Southeast US was as clear and sunny as Melbourne 8)!

Nice spot for the Pagoda, and it looks like your garden has recovered nicely from all the construction.  Looking forward to seeing how everything else turned out!

Last we heard there was still a bit needing done to the house and the Caboose and a little matter of a tree . . .

Tree gone, house finished and yesterday drove over new entry to property for first time.  Now all settled.
House great, Garage even better😃😃😃

Three years.  One for design, then sacked the architect and project managed ourselves for two year build through Covid. A great outcome.


Got to set up the man cave in the garage yet with tv and fridge and some lounge chairs😃😃😃. Have some really nice posters to put up from past Pagoda PUB’s and the Pagodafest banner in CA two years ago.
