Title: Toothed washer, adjuster at upper ctrl arm
Post by: CJHenderson on February 06, 2021, 21:23:10
Does the raised tab on the toothed washer, adjuster at upper ctrl arm face the threaded bushing or face away from it?

I think it faces the threaded bushing as it is means to turn it to be able to adjust the whole thing. It fits the cut out in the bushing and turns it so that it moves back and forth to fine-tune the caster.

mbzse was advising to set this bushing "in the middle" position for this caster fine-tuning (not adjusting, just fine-tuning).

I just fitted mine back and came to the same conclusion as Pawel. That the protrusion on the washer should fit into the notch on the bushing.

Thanks, I had no clue and I did do it wrong. Thanks again for setting me on the right path.
