is there anyone besides Pacific fuel injector pump overhaul in CA that does rebuilds? I have tried on several occasions to call with no luck.

Try H & R on east coast.

Or

Fairchild in Oregon or Washington?

H and R.  Hans passed away a couple years ago but his step son who worked with Hans for years is now in control.

Gus can be a bit hard to reach, but he does excellent work and is a very interesting guy.  I would try again to reach him.
