Title: 230SL Vertical spare wheel fuel tank

I have a question, did all 230SL's with the 65L tank have the vertical spare wheel well, or only the early models?
Did only the 250/280 have the larger 82 liter tank?

Also are replacement vertical spare wheel fuel tanks available?

Only the early cars have the spare tire well. Tanks should be available but once the spare tire well is gone then you can use the bigger 82 liter tank.

Thanks for your prompt reply Pawel, it appears that only NON vertical spare wheel tanks are only available.
