Hi Erickmarciano, sorry about late reply in trying to help, but my past 1984 Porsche Carrera  911,
was bone stock, the only year to have a Hirschmann electric antenna,i think was the same or very similiar item
that is fitted to Pagoda, and although i never had a photo of it under, i did restore it and it has  a double bracket ,
with too  screws to the rear  bulk head diagonally at a angle. at about in the middle of the box.
You can just see the bottom of  antenna box in fender.

Eric,

Basically the electrical antenna (Hirschmann AUTA 6000 D58) is mounted in the same way as the manual ones.
So, the upper hole in the right front fender is the same (4 cm, 32 cm),
and the mounting points for the lower bracket are in the inner fender - visible when you remove the right side kick panel.
There was/is a special bracket for the automatic antenna ....

I go and try to find the pics for that one...
Have them somewhere ....

When you find  those photos, send them to me at my email address which you have.
I might not get back to this post and miss your photos.
Thanks

Interestingly, in Australia the aerials were often mounted on the rear left fender with the motor unit in the boot/trunk.

There is a bracket at the bottom.

John,
That probably isn't what is supposed to be there.  My car had an electric antenna installed as an option and the odd shaped holes behing your antenna had inserts for threaded nuts in them.  I assume the correct bracket mounted there.

I was looking for that bracket in parts lists, but could not find it. Might have come with the antenna perhaps.

I am not sending picture of my antenna mounting as I do not think it is original.

But one point PO of my car did reasonable was to mount the antenna with rubber cushions (similarly to e.g. wiper motor) as it is producing some noise and vibrations when working.

Hi,
maybe this one: https://www.koenigs-klassik-radios.de/en/aerials/hirschmann-antenna-holder-for-the-motor-antenna-auta-6000-el_30206_5234.

From the parts list I have:

SA code: 55648 Antena 55648/02 Automatic
A 000 827 49 01 Antenna; availability undefined
A 000 990 59 91 Nut Retainer, 2 pcs (I am assuming these are the two that go into the holes as Shvegel indicated); availability undefined
A 000 997 24 90 replaced with A 000 997 43 90 Cable tie, 1pc; availability undefined

No mention about any bracket, so I assumed bracket (s) came with the antenna.

The above antenna part number was used widely, as per the system: 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 113, 114, 115.

Correct, Patrick.
Your view to the things is correct.  ;)
The original Pagoda electrical antenna (Hirschmann Auta 6000 F58) has got a metal bracket (similar to something like the bracket for the rear fuel delivery pump, but simpler) with two rubber buffers, which have got M8 threads on each side. One side of each towards the bracket, the other one just into these holes you have shown here, Pat.

Sadly, don't have a pic of that bracket/scenario anymore but I still do have the (non-working) antenna.
I go and look how that looks alike.

I have the same "hoses" there! I thought it was PO's invention... and I thought rubber hanging was a good idea.

I wish we could see the bracket as well as the nut retainers that go into the holes...

AS per Garry's photo. I see the same antennas that were used on the 126 chassis in the 80's.
I have them from my 300sd'.
I collect them in the junk yard whenever I see them.
Use them mainly for parts.

I also have the same mounts in my 280SL under the right kick panel, like the picture above.
I might make a bracket and mount one of my 300SD antennas.

This is the nut retainer that holds the rubber dumpers to the inner fender. NLA.

Where could you get one? I have not seen a retainer like this before...

Number 84 on the picture (not 85).

That is it! Thank you!

Now, where can i buy those? Is it some kind of a generic retainer like cage nut or spring lock nut retainer? Or is it unique?

I think we are just missing close up on these rubber pieces that go into this retainer.
