Hi Ashok. About two weeks ago I ok'd the layout and text of the poster. The graphics designer was going to go ahead and have it printed up. I just returned from a US business trip and will check on where it stands and let you know.

Thank you Case ( I mean Cees!!)
Would you please reserve 4 copies for me, and if you could send me an email when available, although this is asking a lot, it would be appreciated.

Best regards

Ashok

I will send everyone who is in the poster (like you, with the beautiful Lake Geneva in the background) a free copy as originally promised, so will be sending everyone emails to get addresses etc.

Well, the poster was picked up from the printer's today, they are in the trunk of my ... Pagoda ... right now.

Hard to believe it's finally ready, some two-and-a-half years and more than 400 emails after starting what seemed like a manageable little project at the time.

Some of the frequent contributors to this site are in this poster, like Albert de La Torre Chavalera from Spain, Bob Geco from California ("KRWAX BZ"), Bob Smith ("Hands") from Australia, Hauser from the US, Achim Ahlert from Germany and Najmu Jesani ("Naj") from the UK to name a few. Plus 36 other members and their cars. Several are on the African continent and several are in Asia. Also the Middle East is represented as is South America. Five of the¨photos show cars that are undergoing total restorations.

A .pdf file is being made and will be ´posted´ here. When I return from a business trip to Boston next week, I will post this file, plus the details on how you can get one (or more).

Well, if you can make it over to Michael Egan's Pagoda get-together at his house in Virginia on the 15th, you can pick up one of the 11 Very First Posters to make it over to the mainland. I am travelling to Boston tomorrow and (US Customs permitting) will be carrying these 11 posters over and will mail them to Michael's address. One of these is for Gernold Nisius who will be there as well, and the other 10 will be available for sale. Proceeds go to the Group of course!

Cees,

Did Michael tell the best Pagoda enthusiast group about his Pagoda event?
