Garry,

what a nice car you have there!

Where exactly did you go in Canada on your cross country tour?

Mike,

it looks like your beautiful Pagoda is driving in Michigan with German license plates.

Very interesting! Was that right when you brought the car from Germany to the US?

Meyer,

nice to see another canadian here, your car looks gorgeous as well!

Let's keep the fall pics coming.......

Myer,I shipped it in from Australia last June and drove it up to Seattle then across to Niagra where I crossed into Canada and joined the locals at Dan Carrons  for the Meeting of the Clan in August.  From there I went on tthrough London ,ON and across to Montreal, Quebec and into New Brunswick, crossing back into USA at St Stephen in lower New Brunswick and on to Gernolds at SL Tech in Maine lwhere I joined up with Tom from Virginia and we trucked our car from Gernolds SL Tech across to San Diego to attend the PagodaFest at the beginning of November and back to LA and shipped the car home to Australia in December last. All in all, a 16,000 km journey with out any problems and great fun for my wife and I on a long drive over four months. This was as we crossed somewhere in Iowa I think.

Tuesday was a lovely day in SW Ontario. Hugh had a break in his busy day and we met up for a little drive in the countryside.

I brought the car with my household when I moved to the US in 1988. Back then it was almost impossible to "federalize" the car. It was not old enough, so I never did. In fact it still has German plates now.
