JamesL sent me outlines of his RHD 280sl under dash panels. I had them scanned and added them to the Premium Section here:

You can print them out on a home printer and try to piece together or take them to a Staples, Fedex, UPS Store, etc to have them printed on one piece of paper. It might be less frustrating doing this way.
Unfortunately, the patterns were drawn on brown paper. This might cause an issue with printing (waste of ink). I know there is a way to change the brown to white but I have not figure out a way to do it yet. If anybody knows how to do it please let me know or go ahead and download the pdf's. Fix them and reupload them.

I have now traced jamesL's original templates so the outline is now black on white. Much better for printing ;)
I have also added dotted lines which I believe would be for the 230 and early 250. Unverified of course ;D
Have fun!

Thanks, very kind of you 😁

Much appreciated - this is a godsend for us RHD owners !

That's great (albeit too late for me :))
N.B: The Manual and Auto's are slightly different.
My Manual 280SL was missing all panels. I used my Auto 280SL as a template and then had to cut the extra slot for the extra pedal. Unfortunately my manual 250SL was also missing the drivers underdash panel (so that was no help).

I see one problem.
Where are the measurements.
I do not understand computers.

Print out the pdf files and trace them onto the material you are going to use for the panels. Use a home printer or take the pdf files to Staples, Fedex, Ups store and have them print them out for you.

Sandcrab... I could print them onto A4 (or equivalent) easily enough at home but that would not give me the right size.
So you'd need a big printer (thus the Staples visit) and print out without any scaling/reduction/print at 100%. Assume you'd need to have a printer that would do A2 type paper size (not sure A3 would be big enough).
Scanned full size and printed full size should give you what you need

Sorry.
I do not know what you are talking about.
That is my problem. I hardly use computers except for emails only.

Again... I drew around the outside of my panels onto card.
Then drew around the card onto the paper
So you’ll want to assume these are a bit oversized

On my RHD 250sl I am missing driver side under dash panel and left side boot panel.
Thanks for the drawings provided to the forum.
My query is : what material to use. What board would be suitable that is available in UK. There is no upholsterers supplier near me. I am looking on internet but not sure what to get.
Could somebody help me out.
Bali.

I bought mine from Jacksons (as was) in Poole.

They sell blank board and I stuck the insulating foam on with contact adhesive
