Title: The SL Shop Great Experience

I thought I would share it...

I sent my Becker Europa to the SL Shop for overhaul. Couple of weeks later I received a box with a radio back. I unpacked it to find inside a Becker Europa - much newer, better and nicer than mine... I wrote to the SL Shop and advised them that I got somebody else's radio back. I wrote I did not mind it as it looked much better than mine, but I thought they might have had an angry customer receiving mine radio instead of his...

They wrote back explaining a tragic story: the courier lost my radio between the radio shop and their store, so they sent me another one back - one that was indeed better than mine...

Is it not great customer service? Thank you SL Shop!

The SLShop probably sent it to Chrome-London. Mike, who runs it, is an extremely nice guy.
In my experience The SLShop are not at all good in dealing with their mistakes.
Cut out the middle man and go straight to Mike would be my advice.

Just for your info Chrome London can also upgrade those units if you are interested in that.
