Usually experiments of this kind are spectacular fails - because we are so used to the original or because they are just ugly. But this one.... I, sort of, like...

For me, the top is too small, proportionally, to the rest of the car. Makes it look like a toy / Hotwheels type car to me.

Agree Mike. The grill is classic ( but maybe too large in scale ) and would be improved by 113 euro headlights.
Overall I like.

This picture goes back 10 years as part of a german auto magazine feature which envisioned modern interpretations of beloved classic cars. I believe these have been created by their internal graphic design department.
