Title: Who could balance the blower wheel in Europe

One blade of the blower wheel of the heater fan has broken off.
I can repair this with a metal splint in the blade en the wheel and glue.
The wheel needs also to be balanced.

Does anyone know where this could be done in Europe? (preferably Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or UK).

Reattach the broken piece with an epoxy adhesive and forget about it.
