Wasn't sure which category this post falls into, but here goes.
Here's someone with lots of time on his hands. I love the fact that he explicitly noted that it's a 1969 model

That is pretty awesome.

Wonder why he changed to five cylinders, or maybe that was the first try.

Love the Mustang in the rearview mirror.

I am by no means big into LEGO (possibly the greatest toy ever invented) but the 280SL model in this example (very fun to see) could likely be the 1st iteration of a more refined version in the future. Some LEGO masters who build architectural models get them translated into kits that LEGO will eventually produce with kit specific custom made components.
