Title: tech articles

I can't find the tech articles.  Have I gone crazy?  I am looking for:
Tune-up sequence
Tune-up specs (point gap, dwell, timing etc.)

I am running hot at idle and the car is consuming gas at a furious rate (8mpg) since I tweaked the timing for a pinging noise.  Time to get back to basics, but I can't find the tech articles...
