Title: aluminum trim piece needed

Im in need of a right/pass side aluminum trim piece. The short one between the pass door and the right rear wheel house opening near the bottom of the car

If push comes to shove you can still buy this piece new from Mercedes.  Part number 113-698-12-80.  It retails for $105 and wholesales for $84.  :)

Hello  Desertpagoda(kb),

Would like to support what Aaron already mentioned.
Try to get a new one.  Those are also available as repros in very good quality - the usual vendors.
I know they sell a kit (containing all 6 strips) but don't know about single ones.
The old ones are mostly badly scratched and cannot be renovated properly.

However....,
(ther's always a 'however'), early 230ies up to serial 008768 have got another alu strip that is no longer available. But most likely you won't need that one anyway.
