Title: Tachometer Rear Rubber Cover

Any suggestions on replacing or improvising the rubber cover on the back of the Tack. or Speedometer.  Is there another purpose of this cover other than keeping out dust and dirt?  The cover is $100.00 to buy.

I took my speedometer out with it's 55 year old cover.  The cover was kind of rubbery jelly. It also is rather oddly shaped and molded to the instrument   Bought a new one from AuthenticClassics and it fit perfectly.  Not worth the troubles to try to make one or improvise. They range from 60 to $80 depending on the instrument, and George also givea a Pagoda Club discount

The discount is interesting and nice to know.  Are there any other who give the Pagoda SL Group a discount.  Maybe it's something the EB can look into.
