What is a reasonable price to pay for these MB specialty lube guns?
Thanks

These Tecalemit grease guns are part of the supplementary tool kit.
If pristine, I'd say around $100 to $150 for both together; you need the red plastic cap for the bigger one though.
Attached a picture of the kit from the "Touring in Mercedes-Benz vehicles" booklet

I remember living in Germany, these grease guns were not special to MB. They were standard equipment in any garage. My dad had several. They did not have the red cap, though, otherwise basically the same stuff. I may actually have a couple deep in the bowels of my forgotten tools and parts stash.

I bought one new for something like $10. Of course not an original one, but probably a new one works better.

I use a small grease gun that's commonly used around chain saws for lubing the sprocket at the tip of the blade.

He he, well we are discussing completely different purposes here ;D There is no question of using the item,
of course. This lube gun is a pure collectors item for re-creating a supplementary tool kit. Never will there be any grease in it!

I've got the Special Lubrication kit with the red-capped Tecalamit guns in it,and I've also found a few red capped guns which I've bought separately. There are two places of manufacture for the guns. England and Germany. Only the German ones are red-capped and say Made in Germany on them. The English ones have metal caps.
Only the red-capped German ones are in the Special Lubrication kit, unless someone has cobbled a kit together, to the best of my understanding.
