Title: Fuel cap key

Hi I have the number stamped on the underside of cap 027_TA 087 is it still possible to purchase keys thanks for any help

If that is the original locking cap to your car you can still order a key from Mercedes.  You simply supply them with your VIN and proof of ownership.  If this isn't the original locking cap for your car you can order the key for that cap from a website like http://keymanlocksmiths.ie/key-cutting/ (http://keymen.com) or you can go to a locksmith with that key code and they'll cut it for you.  The code you need to be concerned with is TA 087.  I'm not sure what the 027 would be or could be.

If all of it fails, I think a good locksmith will make you a key to that particular cap. They may just need to find/order blanks.
