:(
Oh no
My car is in the shop having some bodywork done (rust on the rear arches so am having new arches cut in)
Likely to be a good week or 2 (by the time I get to pick it up)
I miss my car. I hope it's alright in a strange place. Heck, it might even be left outsied overnight![:(!]
My garage is empty. Walked in there this morning and my heart skipped a beat "where's the car?"

I know just how you feel. I promised myself I will take my Pagoda into work tomorrow morning ...

Hey, I have a hard time feeling sorry for you. I only see my car 3 or 4 times a year, and only for two or three weeks each time. Imagine my withdrawal upon leaving! :( I have to comfort myself with a 500SL instead, and dream of driving top-down in the sun 8) .

£290 for the pair from Roger edwards
As you can imagine, by the time the old stuff has been cut out, the new stuff cut in, the rear end stripped and the whole back end re-sprayed (have some damage around the soft-top well and on theboot lid), £290 is a small portion of the total!

Tosh,
Any pictures before and in between the rebuild?

Ben,
I took a pic showing a repair
panel on rear fender. There is
a new production on that part.
They even used the same paint
like the original fenders. The
price is 280,18 Euro.

Oooohhhh Noooooooo :(
They've cut away the outer arches and found some rot on the inner arches too (above the rear wheels)
So they too are going to have to be cut and have new bits welded in
Naj, I was going to let them get on with it and not take any photos. But now, I shall pop over there 1st thing in the morning to take a few pics to post
What withj the tax bill I got this morning (and my Vespa breaking down in the middle of town) it's been a pretty crap Monday morning

Guys, withdrawal!! you don't know the meaning. Try sitting and dreaming about the car you really want to buy, knowing its moved from very warm climes in South East USA to the cold damp Mid West and I have first option when he does want to sell it in the FUTURE!!!
That is frustration!!and a dilema.
