Title: Green Turquoise Hickok seatbelts
Post by: perry113 on February 23, 2020, 14:48:49
Hi.
I am on the hunt to replicate the following seat belt assembly made by Hickok.
I am in possession of one new old stock unit, the one you see here.
I believe it actually may be Turquoise.
I need minimally 1 complete assembly.
I will entertain 1 to a set of 4.
These will work beautifully in my 1963 220seb coupe.

Many thanks in advance!

My wife and I have been arguing for 35 years about something like this: I see green, she sees blue.
We’re still together (for now)  ;)

If she says it is blue, it is blue. End of story.

I must say she has been very patient with you over these years.

Hello to all.
I hope everyone is staying safe and somehow prosperous in this time of war we are all in against this invisible satin virus.
I received an email from a fellow forum member and brother Wayne Robson who informed me that there a second identical NOS Turquoise seatbelt on EBAY that I was looking for.
see:

Wayne is such a good guy.
Not only did he email me, he also placed a bid for me to help secure the belt.
Thank you Wayne.
We are all brothers and sisters who love our Mercedes Benz automobiles and all fight together to stay safe and find our way back to better times.
I will keep all posted on the 220SEB final details. Right now I am finishing my 1966 230SL 4 speed Barn Find! It now runs and drives.
Keep the faith all!
Peter
