Title: VIN Tag arrived / Note of appreciation to Mehmet
Post by: Paul Cain on February 19, 2020, 16:56:04
Earlier I had posted my question about re-sourcing the VIN tag that goes on the firewall.

Thanks to the referral on this forum, I reached out to Mehmet at Info@pagode-markt.de and after providing him my title and documentation he just sent the attached.

Great quality and embossing alignment on the plate.

Mehmet does great work and is prompt to ship.  FYI

Yes, I've used him for all of my restorations and have always been happy.

Absolutely stunning, Memmo,

And much better than the MB reproductions you can obtain from the Classic Center.
 ;) :D

Yep, I fully agree.
I got mine a year or two ago from Mehmet.

Cost was -roughly- 110 Euros not including the Paypal fee was 4.3 Euros. That price included the new virgin plate.  Mehmet had it finished within 3-4 days. Then German post office + USPS was about 11 days more.
