Title: Fitting Getrag

Had a busy couple of days fitting the getrag box, I bought the kit from Mark Turnbull 4 years ago but work commitments put things on hold . The lift is coming in really handy ,fit up and offering the motor in from beneath , fabricating the linkage and fit up is ideal this way as I can raise and lower the body as many times as  required to get things lined up perfectly I hope.

That's the best way to to do it right. The tires must stand on the ground so you get the line. Perfect.

Hi Dave,
I am just about to refit my subframe after rebuilding it and could not remember which way to orientate the yellow zinc coloured spacers under the bolts which secure the mountings.

It looks like you have them with the concave side up, I will follow your lead. Thanks for that !

How did you clean your valve cover? It looks so perfect.
