A lot of Members are able to draw important conclusions from factory pictures on how MB cars were built and therefore how they looked. That is why I thought I would share it, it might be useful - the more pics the better:

That picture is about the late 60's models, The fin backs.
I use to have 2 of them.
I was at the factory just after that picture in 1972.
I saw more of the production line in 1972 than when I was there in 2013.
They cut the view down for visitors since 1972.
You saw more back then.
Unfortunately back then could not take pictures.
