I am trying to loosen the brake pedal so I can get behind it to treat some surface rust. The diagram shows that there is a pin holding it to the throttle lever. Does anyone know if you just pull out this pin with a pair of pliers? Or do you have to remove it in some other way to get the pedal to flop down?
