Title: covered over 13000 miles since my ownership

When I bought my 1966 230SL it had 56298 miles on it.  Today it has 69342.  I have been driving it all week since I'm on vacation.  It has been running and shifting well since I twisted all the fuses.  I also noticed that the cold start is instant since then.  Hot start is a little finicky if it sits for more than 20 minutes on a 90 degree day.  It stumbles a bit then clears up in about 10 seconds.  Other than that all is well. ;D

If I remember correctly, you were once going to sell it.

How long have you had it?

I recall one of my first drives I went through 100,000m (and at 100mph!)

I've put another 40,000+ on since then. In 16 years (come October)

I registered 70,000 kms in my first 10 years of ownership, and maybe 3,000 in the last 10 years as the car is no longer where I live most of the time, sadly. Perhaps I should take it with me to California.

I have had the car 10 years.  Last year and the year before I didn't drive it much since I was not well.  This week it looks like it will be nice weather so I'll be driving it more.
