hello
slowly working on the rear axle on my 66 230
i do no think the rear axle was ever serviced from the looks of things. seals are rock hard and falling apart.
if i ever actually get the wedge bolt out i will separate the swing axle to replace the rubber bellows.
question is should i go ahead and order the hardware for the pivot rod? Photo?
i know all of the rubber items are hard as a rock.
thanks in advance

On mine I only needed the bushing itself, the o-ring seals and the lock plate for the bolt. The rest was OK. I don't think it is super common to need bushings or thrust washers etc.

well pivot rod out
the large o rings are hard as rock and it looks as if i am missing one or 2 copper washers.
