The pic is a little too "zoomed in".  What area of the car is this?

Do you have an MB Parts List book?  Worth their weight in gold!

yes I have the parts list  but can not find it
it is the rubber where the wire harness goes to the fender than down , neer the csv on the fender

Erick,
Did you get the correct grommet with this part # ?
I think MB UK have the wrong grommets under this part #. Something a lot chunkier and 40mm diameter!

yup got the wrong grommet it was come shaped .I wonder what the gromet i got is for.
but I found mine down under the car
