Title: Trunk Lid Insulator Finish

Does anyone know if the trunk lid insulator pad was painted when the trunk lid inner was painted?  Also, does anyone have a recommended vendor?

As you can see from the photo, the pad appears to have been added after the lid was painted.  The pad it’s self is not painted.
