Since we are at nostalgic topics - when people visit Europe, Prague is often a destination. If you are there, please try the National Technical Museum. Czech Republic has rich history of motoring - Skoda, Tatra, Praga, Avia - these are just some of the Czech motoring brands. But in the museum I mentioned you also have this - take a look at the pictures.
It is, actually, much more interesting museum than the Skoda one in Mlada Boleslav, where the factory is.

Hi Pawel. When I was in Prague a few years ago, I visited the Museum, and found to it be almost overwhelming. Anyone who has a chance should visit. I also went to the Skoda and Tatra ones, both worthwhile. Also, for anyone interested in two-wheelers, their are several fine Jawa museums. Cheers, Dale.

Awesome racing machines. What a thrill to see in person.

Wish I saw this two months ago. I just spent a week in Prague in the end of may.
Had plenty of other things to do in that beautiful city.

well, the Musuem is in Prague - not a lot of time needed.
Skoda or Tatra - need a ride out of Prague. Let me know next time - there is a chance I can take you there during the week. On weekends I am in Poland.

Thanks for the offer Pawel. Unfortunately it was just a one time vacation though.
