Title: Limited Slip Diff
Post by: Malc on January 14, 2005, 07:09:41
Was a LSD an option on the 230 / 250 / 280??
Was it a clutch type?
Just wondering as it might be nice to fit one. I know that Quaife in the UK will supply a "Torsen" type replacement for older cars, they were about 600 quid the last time I asked.

Anybody taken a "normal" diff apart or do you need a load of special tools etc? (Old BMW ones are a pain to set up properly)
Thanks
Malc
