Title: Dash Screws
Post by: jeffc280sl on January 13, 2005, 12:55:57
I'm installing re-covered dash pieces and I have a question.  In the very corner of the right and left hand lower windshield pillar (where it meets the dash)there is a screw.  These screws do not hold the pillar cover or secure the corner edge of the dashboard.  How are these screws used?  Please tell me what i have forgotten in 4 weeks since taking the pieces out.

Many thanks,

I have flat head screws that are holding down each end of the dash wood.  I don't think it is correct but the ends of the wood on both sides have a small where the screws make contact with the wood.
