Title: List of Ground Points for the Pagodas

I am looking for all of the ground sites on the 280SL (1971).

Did new paint and lost which appears all the grounds to the rear.

Would like to find the ground points so I can go back over and recheck them.

And if you are wondering the mew color is Anthracite - metallic. from Tobacco.

The search is your friend

I used the main search function (the one to the right of the "Home" listing at the left side of the screen) with "ground points" (with the quote marks to look for the exact string)

I am looking at my wiring harness(My car is apart) of my 1970 and it appears the only grounds at the rear are on the passenger side of the bulkhead between the trunk and the passenger compartment.  It is a stud right next to where the wires go through into the trunk.

Thanks...Is you wiring harness on Pass side or driver? Mine is on drive (71) .

Driver.  US spec 70’s and 71’s are nearly interchangeable.

I think there's a ground wire  for each tail light on both sides of the car. The ground wire at the back of the trunk is for the fuel pump.
